      Dear all

      recently I’ve updated my invironment to the latest community version of Kopano. Doing so I’ve noticed, that the php processes still request php7.3

      And I wonder, as 7.3 is already close to be decomissioned on some providers, what the plan is for Kopano?

      Kind regards
      Stefan

          @sinux said in KC 11.0.2.50 - php8 ??:

          I hope not that Kopano dies

          That would be the worst , at least for me right now. But reading the other thread at least gives some light into.

            @smhaller

            That wont happen, kopano wont die, its to big for that already.
            I think we need to give them the time to make the changes they want to make.
            it’s still the best alternative to microsoft with exchange and cloud… *(and more).

              Hi @smhaller
              Current kc:core master already builds against PHP8 with a few tweaks.
              Sofar, it seems to have no major issues running on Debian 11 with PHP8.
