Appointments declined if all day entry in calendar

Hi guys,
we have the following situation:
we have a common shared calendar (on a shared mailbox) where we put appontments for everyone to see. If there is an all-day-appointment, new invitations are rejected:
“The requested time slots are unavailable on the following dates: …”
