How to subscribe to Rss feed

In the Email Sction there is an Folder RSS-Feeds

i have not found a way how an user can subscribe to an RSS feed.
How Does RSS Feeds work?. There is also nothing in the Dokumentation
After Opening RSS feed the + Opens New Mail instead RSS Feeds

AFAIK there is no RSS Feed support in Kopano - i think you got this folder from an PST import (maybe outlook as source of the pst)
