      Dears,

using core 11.0.2.43 on Debian Buster I am not able to get the autorespond to work.
In the dagent.log it tells me

      /usr/sbin/kopano-autorespond[1795]: bsddb3.db.DBAccessError: (13, 'Permission denied')

I do not have a clou where to look for, hope somebody can help me :)

      Thanks in advance.

Have a peek at your autorespond.cfg in the etc/kopano folder.

In there you should find a line with the key senddb e.g senddb=/data/autorespond.db

Go and check to see if your path actually exists, and what the permissions are of the folder. The DB will auto create. Allow the folder to be read/write for the user running kopano services.
