Birthday reminders

Hey,
Is it possible to create a global calendar with birthday reminders?
On my own contacts at WebApp, I can set a birthDay, and the reminder function works good.
Sharing all birthdays of all employees is always a feature request of our customers.
Most of them use OpenLdap as Kopano user database, and global address book. But it is not possible to add the birthDay info there. LDAP schema does not provide such an attribute. -

the simple solution to this would be creating a calendar in the public for this and have either each employee or hr add appointments for the birthdays to it. I have been told however in the past that these kind of calendars are difficult from a data privacy point, laws may differ where you are.
You will not get reminders for it however, since this only works for calendars in your own store.
