Kopano Meet failed on a Samsung telephone

Hello. Yesterday I held a Kopano Meet, and one of our participants could only hear and see the rest of us. She could not post her own screen or speak to us? She had a Samsung phone (and seemed to be so tech-savy that she would have noticed the standard ‘Allow video etc’ notifications)

did the user by any chance use the Samsung default browser? We recommend to use Google Chrome wherever possible.

@fbartels: The way we had set up the meeting was by a link that she had received in Facebooks messenger. From there she/the Android OS might have activated the standard browser - so yes very plausible that she did not use Chrome.
We will have that in mind next time (if we send by mail, the Android OS will prompt a browser choice for the user)
… on the other hand; hope that you will fix it, so it can run smoothly on all browser in the future (you have sustainable politics on your side as Zoom is partially made in China :-) )
