kopano-backup Remote side closed connection

I have a very strange error message with kopano-backup. With one of my users, I am getting the error message:

It appears always and only with the same user and I am not getting any hint in the logs why this is happening and if onlyx one mail is missed or all mails after the error.

As addition, no glue why it is looking for zarafa instead of kopano.

My versions:
WebApp: 6.0.0.0+1990.1
Kopano Core: 11.0.1
Z-Push: 2.6.2+0-0

Hi @ihon,

is there a particular reason you are still using the old Zarafa file socket? Are there maybe more information in kopano-backup if you up the logging (-l debug). Anything logged in kopano-server at the time (here potentially also with higher logging).

that is the part I am wondering most as I am on Kopano and not using the Zarafa Socket.
I will run the backup again with debug level and cxorss-check the kopano-server log

@ihon doing a side by side comparison are you able to identify the object in question? From the first logging it reported an amount of changes with 0 errors so I would think the message is without consequence for the state of the backup.

As for the message. Did you by any chance experiment with the kopano-archiver in the past for this mailbox?

no, I never used kopano-archiver on this server.
I am trying to find out, which object may cause the message. Only hint I got up to now, for this user, search is also not working well.
