      Hi

I upgraded a server from Zarafa to Kopano Core (10.0.6.502) on Ubuntu 18.04, the upgrade went well but a number of users including all newly created users get a warning when creating an appointment without participants in their own calendar:

“You have insufficient privileges to move a meeting request in this calendar. The calendar owner can set these using the ‘permissions’-tab of the folder properties (right click the calendar folder > properties > permissions)”

The event gets created anyway and when deleting it, they get:

“Can’t add data to bus, same action type is present in bus”

      But it is deleted anyway.

What I already tried to no avail:

      • Setting them explicitly as owner on their own Calendar
      • Backup and restore
      • Creating a completely new user with empty store

The only thing that works is making affected users admin, then it works.

Webapp version is 5.0.0.187, update to Core 11 did not help so I reverted to snapshot.

        Hi @taurix,

I don’t think I have read such a report before. The client that shows these error messages is the WebApp? If you have a subscription I would recommend to reach out to the Kopano support directly.

        Regards Felix

Just a dump guess out of the wilds but,

maybe a missing database schema update?
I think I got a similar issue years ago.

          Found this post.

You could give these commands a try, but please do a backup before.

          kopano-dbadm k-1216
          kopano-dbadm usmp
