Kopano unavailible for some minutes

Hello everyone!

I am new to Kopano and I just took over a installation at a new customer of mine.
The (virtual) server is running in a datacenter. 16GB RAM, Mailboxes: 300

It happens quite often that the service becomes unavailible for a while. Sometimes it is just for some seconds, sometimes for a couple of minutes.
The kopano client then shows the “connection problems” notification. When that happens you cannot access the webinterface as well.

I have root access to the linux server and UMC access.

How can I narrow down the problem.

kopano-stats --top

look at Threads(idle), server need some idle threads to work.
