      Hello,

I want to set up an attachment filter. I installed and configured Amavis. In doing so I encountered the following problem.

The KopanoCore mail server is only responsible for one domain . There are several mail addresses for this domain which are not all over
the KopanoCore mail server (smart host configured) can be accessed. The other part is called up directly by the provider. That all mails are delivered
Postfix is configured so that all mails are sent to the provider via SMTP (even if they could be delivered internally).
Now I installed Amavis, all mails that are sent via SMTP via Postfix are filtered. The mails which are picked up by Fetchmail
forwarded directly to the Kopano Dagent, therefore not filtered.

Is it possible to integrate Amavis directly into Fetchmail?

        Hi @shwb,

I think it was possible to integrate Spamassassin directly into fetchmail so that it processes mails before passing them on to kopano-dagent.

But to avoid the problem of mail domains not being know locally you can also configure fetchmail to deliver the mail to a specific local user, this is done with the is user@domain here in fetchmail.

        Regards Felix
