disabled and hide from address book users still shown.

When employees no longer work here
We put their maildata in the shared store.
And enable “Hide from address book”.
And set their account to disabled.

Still however…
When people use Kopano webmail client or outlook (EAS).
People who no longer work here are autocompleted in both outlook and webmail.
They also still appear in groups.

So… my question
“hide from address book” how can we make that effective ?.

We prefer to not delete users, as deleting accounts would cause other problems.

@handyman Are you testing this with a normal account, or does the user you test with have kopanoAdmin privileges?

Admins always see all accounts, including the ones that are marked as ‘hidden’.
