all attachments displayed twice in Outlook

Using Kopano 8.7.17 (supported version) on Debian 10 with Z-Push 2.6.1, all packages are up to date.
Yesterday we recognized when sending mails with attachments in Outlook 2013 it’s working just fine. but after some seconds, the attachments are displayed twice.
In Webapp everything is normal, it’s just Outlook showing all attachments twice.Can anyone help me ?

are you using Outlook over ActiveSync with KOE? If yes, which KOE version?
Where are they attachments displayed twice? In the Sent Items folder of the sender? Or in the inbox of the receiver?
Does a user also have a mobile device configured? If yes, are the attachments displayed there twice as well?
Could you provide WBXML level log for Z-Push since the sent email?
Do you have all Windows/Office/Outlook updates installed?

sorry for the late response. It happens on Outlook 2013/2016 with KOE 2.1.20 enabled. I’ve updated Z-Push to 2.6.1 and think the problem appeared from then on, but as there where christmas holidays nobody was working and the issue was undetected until january. Maybe it has something with 2.6.1 to do, as it also gets stuck at calendar syncs, which is reported here.
Just downgraded to Z-push 2.5.2, rebooted the server and wait what will happen in the next few hours…Regards Peter
