      Dear all,

      I’d like to enter a Kopano serial on Univention 4.4-4 (kopano-core=8.7.1.0-1 z-push-kopano=2.4.5) as described here.
      However, I cannot access the App Settings, they stay grey (not available). Additionally: UCS (my GUI where I’m trying), Kopano Core, Kopano Webapp is installed on a separate server. Am I missing something?

        Hi @dcom-user,

        which exact fields are staying greyed out? The easier to follow instructions in regards to updating can be found at https://kopano.com/blog/staying-up-to-date-with-kopano-releases-on-ucs/.

        But essentially you just need to open the app center and click on “app settings”. Afaik Univention should then transport the settings to the server in question. If that is not the case, then you need to open the app center on the system where to Kopano apps are installed.

          Hi @dcom-user,

          To change app settings, you have to open the Univention Management Console on the server where Kopano is installed. While installation/deinstallation is possible from everywhere, configuration only works on the host itself.

            Hey,
            thanks for your answers. However the host where it is actually installed does not contain an AppCenter, from where these updates could be started.
            I’m posting my findings if I’ll come to a solution with the support.
