WebApp 4.3 pre-final (rc2) available

In this release we made the following changes:
- Added config option and setting to enabled/disable file previewing
- Fixed bug opening embedded attachments
- Fixed link issues with DOMPurify enabled
- Converted some plugin settings that were added to WebApp core in the rc1

Updating can be done through the repositories, packages can be downloaded from the portal or from the download server. For community members nightly packages are available here.
