      Hello,

      I had an old UCS 4.4.1 server with Kopano Core 8.7.1

      I want to install an new UCS 4.4.5 server and want to migrate kopano to this server.

      How I can migrate the kopano server data to new server?
      Is there a documentation for that?

      best regards

      Chris

        @Chris1984

        I did this on 2 different installs already and used kopano-backup for that
        create new UCS domain create users - simply backup existing data - restore on new server

        not to loose any mail i did set the new kopano server as smtp target for the domain before running kopano-backup on the old server

          Hi @Chris1984,

          as long as the value for the unique user id stays the same (so when using the same ldap tree) your could also do a plain backup and restore of the mysql database and attachments on disk.
