WebApp 4.3 pre-final available

In this release we made the following changes:
- Included some plugins in WebApp: widgets, titlecounter, filepreviewer and desktop notifications. Related settings are moved into WebApp settings. Config options are moved in WebApp’s config.php
- Fixed bug in custom reminders and recurring all day reminders
- Signature injection script is removed. You should now use webapp_admin found in https://stash.kopano.io/projects/KSC/repos/webapp-tools/browse/webapp_admin
- We now navigate to shared calendar when opened

Updating can be done through the repositories, packages can be downloaded from the portal or from the download server. For community members nightly packages are available here.

issue with the release:
Users that had the desktop notifications ticked, lose the settings in the new version of webapp, with no warning, after installing the new version.

@mcostan A new setting is used, nothing is lost
I will check if we can do some conversions before the final. In the meantime your user should tick a checkbox.
