Folder rights are not inherited

Hi@all,
The entry point for filing our mails under “All public folders” is a folder "mailpool
There I have set all rights (full control) under “Permissions”. If I now create a subfolder in this folder, I do not see any more permissions.
Where can I find information about the concept of permissions in Kopano?
And why does the folder “All public folders” actually exist twice?
