WebApp 4.2 final available

In this release we made the following changes:
- DOMPurify is now enabled by default
- WebApp manual plugin is now part of WebApp (Can be disabled in Settings -> General -> Display)
The admin setting related to this plugin is now moved to WebApps config.php - ZDeveloper plugin is now part of WebApp and can be enabled via the advanced tab (if enabled)
- Fixed regression that EML files couldn’t be opened via DeskApp
- Many other bug fixes and improvements

Updating can be done through the repositories, packages can be downloaded from the portal or from the download server. For community members nightly packages are available here.
