email format

Hi, I have problems with the format of emails. It changes or does not appear at the other end as I intended it but in different fonts. I tried copying the text and arranging it in word but when reinserted it still seems to develop a life of its own. Can anyone help? Best, K

Which editor do you use in Webapp/Deskapp ?
