Spam detection, wrong hits

I have here on a Kopano installation the problem that mails are falsely marked as spam and end up in the junk folder.
How can I mark these mails as “not spam”?

Hi @pixel,
you have to unlearn these entries in your spam filter. Falsely classified mails are usually called “ham”, I am sure you will find some instructions of you look for “ham + $yourantispamsolution”.
