      Hello I have a Kopano email server running under UCS. The Windows clients Windows 10 access via EAS (Exchane Activesync), I installed Outlook 2019 and the KopanoOLExtension-2.1-20 everywhere. The client PCs are members of the UCS domain.
      Now i dont Know what is to do…

        Hi,

        Z-Push 2.4.5 is quite old, update to 2.5.2.
        Also update outlook with all patches and SPs.

          Hi @HS-Systeme,

          did you migrate to Kopano from some other groupware solution (e.g. Exchange)? You might have items which Z-Push is not able to process.

          For more information on loop detection see https://wiki.z-hub.io/display/ZP/Loop+detection.

          It might also help to run kopano-fsck.

            @WalterHof Hi, it is a Univention Server, normaly i cant update other versions as from univention :-(

              @Manfred The emails in the mailboxes come from Outlook PST files. Only the “Info” post office is affected, which several people have in their Outlook via KOE (Exchange Activesync). I have found that if I delete and re-create the Outlook profiles, the problem is solved. This is feasible in this environment, since only two users on 4 computers were affected.

              I think that these folders are to blame, they are saved on the server in the user profile:

              AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook
