Junk Mail Learning

How can I set up “Junk Mail Learning”.
Our filters work reasonably well however the junk that comes thru still takes up a daily chore.
Ideally if I move an email to the Junk Folder it should remember that it is junk and next time the same email comes in it goes straight to the Junk Folder.
Even better would be to “bounce” the email back to the sender/s and block up their email system and maybe also Blacklist it forever!
Somehow we need to get tougher on Unsolicited Emails! -
