I migrated domain now I can't send there
-
I have migrated all users from “domain 2” inside Kopano to another Kopano-Server. Now I’m not able to send them “domain 2” E-Mails.
I deleted all the unused userstores using:
kopano-storeadm -Rwhat do I need to do, so “Kopano 1” doesn’t think he’s still the server for “domain2”

its not really clear to me what you are doing and in consequence experiencing. How have you migrated between the servers (and what exactly)? How do you think the server thinks its still the old one? What error do you see when trying to send mail? How and where are you trying to send the mail?

I try to send an e-mail from test@random1.tld -> test@random2.tld using webmail.
I used kopano-backup to export from server1 and import all userdata to server2.
the users are authenticated via LDAP. the users of random2.tld are deleted from server 1’s LDAP.this error is getting reported instantly, when I try to send an e-mail:
“Unfortunately, kopano-spooler was unable to deliver your mail to the/some of the recipient(s).” -
Is this when trying to send on server1 or setver2? What does kopano-spooler log at the time of sending?

2020-04-05T22:02:17.707751: [ 8] [warning] Unable to connect to SMTP server, retrying mail for user test@domain.tld later
2020-04-05T22:02:17.709554: [ 8] [warning] Failed message for user test@domain.tld will be removed from queue, error 0x40203 -
what is configured as the local smtp server? can you raise logging to debug and try again? Seems the local mta cannot be reached.
