Automated testing of Kopano Core instance

I would like to use nagios to automatically test if my Kopano instance is up and running successfully. I created a testuser for this.

Now I am looking for a simple way that, to test, for example, if MAPI login works successfully, create a testappointment, delete it etc. Ideally it would be a oneliner that returns true/false.

Similarly I would like to find a method to test z-push with Kopano backend. I found this: https://exchange.nagios.org/directory/Plugins/Email-and-Groupware/Microsoft-Exchange/Active-Sync-Check/details However it does not work (seems to be outdated). The response is that it expects the provision command.
