      The Deskapp at the workstations don’t update every time the reading status of the emails. This is a problem, because in our company the workers use all the same email. The server utilize Debian Buster(10) and the Kopano version 8.7.0-3.

        You need to update to a newer version (8.7.9 is the latest final version). 8.7.0 (and a few newer versions) had an issue where read statuses were incorrectly cached, which has been solved. I expect that updating solves your issue.
