      One user has the problem that the DeskApp do not open excel/word files when he click the button “open”… nothing happens!
      With WebApp on firefox everything ist fine… I tried a reinstall, but it does not help…
      Any suggestions? - Thank you!

        solved: It was an permission problem of the temporary folder “C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Temp”…
        The user had no rights…
