Webapp started complaining about removed messages

I have recently updated the webapp and now it complains whenever messages are removed. Not when you remove them in the webapp, but when webapp is open in the browser and messages are removed somewhere else, in Thunderbird for instance.
It used to be fine with that and just update its own view, but now it finds it necessary to open a popup with the message below, that needs to be closed.
I did not find a setting to disable this, but maybe I did not look well enough. Anyone else?
Could not find message, either it has been moved or deleted or you don't have access to open this message. -
To what version did you upgrade to? Is this 100% reproducible?

I am running WebApp 4.0.2581.
And well yes and no, on my system it happens all the time, but not always. I haven’t tried to look into the exact circumstances.
I have the Webapp open to several stores/accounts in my browser and I have Thunderbird running too.
Once in a while I remove a number of mails in Thunderbird and most of the time the popup is showing in Webapp when I switch to my browser. -

Check if setting this to a higher number/disabling the entire feature has any impact.

@marty Haven’t seen the message since disabling this feature.
The message was related to the other stores.
