sometimes a kopano profile (of a user) ist deleted

Sometimes (not very often) a Webapp Profile (like language, colours, text size, text type, signatures…) get lost. Today a user called me… yesterday everything was okay, no server reboot or update happend.
The profiles of the other users are okay.
What could be a reason for? And would it be possible to backup/restore the settings for a single user?
(System Univention 4.4-2 errata301, WebApp Version 3.5.5.2276)

This most likely Kopano Core related, so would be helpful for that version as well.

Since https://jira.kopano.io/browse/KC-1602 is still a research ticket, It would also be nice if you could reproduce this issue first. After that, we can check if it’s indeed KC-1602 or maybe a completely different issue.

kopano-backup can be used to backup and restore individual stores down to items in these stores (and also meta data such as webapp settings). If you don’t have a backup from before, then there is nothing you can restore from, though.
