Feature request: email forwarding without headers and content

For our non-profit organization, we need email forwarding without headers and content. The idea is to send information about incoming emails to the private mobile phone / private email via a third party provider without security problems.
Objective: The volunteers do not have to search for new e-mails on the e-mail system of our organisation all the time without success.
Maybe it already exists and I overlooked it.
