to integrate external e-mail addresses

I am enthusiastic about Kopano. What I miss is the possibility to integrate external email addresses.
I am employed in two companies (1 company with Zarafa / Kopano - 1 company with another Eamil supplier). I would like to use Kopano (web and / or deskapp). However, the integration of external email addresses would be an indispensable prerequisite for this. Because I do not want to work with two different email programs.
Does anyone know a solution?

Hi @schmidmeyer,
it is not possible to simply add another mailbox into WebApp/DeskApp. Instead you would need to create another mailbox in Kopano and use for example fetchmail to pull emails into the account and the use send-as to send as this address.
If that external company would allow their emails to be pulled into another system is a topic that you would need to discuss with them.
