WebApp 3.5.9 final available

This release provides the following changes:

• Introduced function to set default Cc recipient for new mail and replies.
• Can be found in settings -> mail -> Manage Cc recipient
• Fixed bug OIDC in WebApp runs in quirks mode

Updating can be done through the repositories, packages can be downloaded from the portal or from the download server. For community members nightly packages are available here.
