Can I turn off reminders from other user's folders?

In more recent versions of Kopano (> 8 I think), you get reminders from opened stores of other users in both Outlook als Webapp. Is this a feature? Is there a way of turning that off?

for KOE there is a setting to influence this behaviour when opening the shared folder.

Thank you @fbartels, is there something like that for the MAPI connector in outlook and for the Webapp? It’s quite annoying and most of the time unwanted…

@taurix about which client are you talking? do you mean the notifications that webapp is showing?

@fbartels Yes, the webapp will show new mail notifications from any store you have open.

@taurix There is currently no option to disable shared notifications on a per folder basis (or completely, for that matter). You can tinker around with the polling interval though, if you want to reduce the number of notifications.

Configurable notifications for shared stores has been requested previously and we have a feature request open here: https://jira.kopano.io/browse/KW-2764 - it has not yet made it to the roadmap. If you have a commercial subscription, open a support case through the portal to indicate you are also interested in this.
