Word mail merge does not open Kopano DeskApp

Hello!
DeskApp is set as default Mail App in Windows 10 (also for the MAILTO option),
but if we create a mail merge in Word and klick send by mail nothing happens or you just see the outlook connector beside the clock in the taskbar, and then also nothing happens.
if you open outlook there are the mails in the send queue.how can we fix this?!?!??
