kopano-cli --list-users is empty and createuser script is not running

I’ve installed kopano-core with ldap as user-backend and switched on multi tenant capabilities.
After creating a company and/or a group in ldap and execute a "kopano-cli --list-companies or --list-groups I can see the createcompany or creategroup script is executed.
After creating an user nothing happens.
Any idea fort hat?Os is Debian 10 and the included deb-packaes

Hi @Robert ,
I am not 100% up to date on the Debian packages, so I don’t know what kind of configurations are set there, that are different with our packaging. Maybe reading the following chapter gives some more insights for you on how Kopano and ldap play together: https://documentation.kopano.io/kopanocore_administrator_manual/user_management.html#the-kopano-user-synchronization-principle

The Debian Buster packages are not safe to use yet. Thats my personal opinion after trying these out.
A recompile also showed to many errors so its better to use kopano on stretch with the communitie packages.Did you run kopano-cli --sync ?
If you followed a howto, please show the link of that also, that might help.
Im planning about the same but i wil use samba4 AD as backend and not plain ldap and on stretch.
There are not many good howto’s and since im setting up 2 kopano servers i’ll document everything…
