log redirects buggy?

Hai, installed kopano Friday today i upgraded.

and im seeing Feb 11 13:37:50 mail1 systemd[1]: Reloading.

in my logs.

I also noticed installing/upgrading of kopano-spooler and dagent was very slow, to over few min.

I just restarted again and no errors are shown in the /var/log/kopano/spooler.log
but deaemon logs shows.

but its running

why, if im having this configured.

# SPOOLER LOG SETTINGS

# Logging method (syslog, file)
log_method = file

# Logfile for log_method = file, use '-' for stderr
log_file = /var/log/kopano/spooler.log

# Log timestamp - prefix each log line with timestamp in 'file' logging mode
log_timestamp = yes

Are logs going to the daemon.log/syslog thats not why i configured it to /var/log/kopano/spooler.log
??
