Question is: what did you do before this first started? Performed an update? Could it be a hardware failure?
Easiest is probably to restore from a working backup.

in november 2018 it was ok. i can not restore a backup. because i will lose all data from november to today

i don’t know. i think i updated the system in november.

you do not really provide much information to work with.
So what we got so far:
- you last changed anything on the server in November last year (update kopano core packages)
- yesterday you noticed the “The primary key of the tproperties table is incorrect” in your server.log
So unless your system crashed the day before and this corupted your database I would go with “your hdd is about to break down”.
PS: you should really rethink your backup strategy.

- backup users
- create new database
- konfigure kopano with new database
- restore backups
