Little Problem with exported reused EML FILES
-
So if you export a sent email as an eml-file, and you want to use this
is used again later, then not the original send date and time is used, but the current date and time.WebApp: 3.4.24.1929+84.2
Kopano Core:8.6.8
Z-Push: 2.4.5+0-0
DESKAPP 2.0.32In other email programs this works and it should.

I think this is the same as: https://forum.kopano.io/topic/1980/senddate-is-altered-after-import-of-eml-you-send
-
Yes its the same

For the Daily Work this bug is stupid. Because Deskapp is used by us as an alternative to Outlook. And such errors throws a very bad light on kopano. This gives the Outlook advocates wind in the sails again.

@chartmann : Hi, I know what you mean… think this is work in progress…
What if you save the email in a separate folder @ kopano, then you can forward it.
At least until the problem is solved.

I’m afraid I can’t. These sent emails contain verification logs and documents and are copied into a file directory for a database. This in turn is what we need to charge for these verification logs.
In principle, your idea is a good one until there is a solution. If you save these emails once in kopano and once in the file directory. The secretaries will be very pleased in the negative sense.
