      Hi together,

      is there somebody who has running Windows 10 (1709, 1803) with Outlook 2010 (14.0.7214.5000 32Bit) successfully?
      The shared calendars (rooms…) are not updating anymore. Same Outlook version on Windows 7 is working fine.
      We tried different zarafa clients from 7.1.9 to 7.2.6.
      Server version is latest 7.1.

      Thanks
      Frank

        Hi Frank,

        the reason might be in Outlook 2010 Updates - please check which ones are installed in your Windows 7 and Windows 10. Please try to give the user that accesses the shared calender Administrator rights in Kopano. I’m quite sure it will work after this.

        Andreas

          Hi,

          we have seen similar issues with Outlook 2010 on old Windows 10 versions (170x), currently we use Win 10 1809 and Outlook works as expected.

            Hello together,
            thanks for reply!

            @dw2412
            Office Updates are the same on Windows 7 and Windows 10. I tried it without any updates, don’t work.
            Do you mean i should set the user as Administrator or the calender permissions? Calender permissions i have tested without success.
            If you mean to set as Zarafa-Admin, do you think to set it only temporary?

            @WalterHof
            I have updated my testmachine to 1809. Same behavior, don’t work. What zarafa-client version do you use? I have tested 7.1.15 and 7.2.6.

            Strange thing… i have one testmachine there it’s working with client 7.1.9, but i don’t know why. Other machine same client, don’t work.

            Best regards
            Frank

              Set the user accessing the calender store to be Zarafa administrator - just for testing purposes.

                  @fwFrankM

                  Ok - next try… Please create a fresh profile and try the calendar thing again.

                  I’ve actually Running Outlook 2010 on Windows 10 Pro 1709 build myself and only issue that I’ve got is that I cannot access calenders on this machine in case certain Outlook 2010 updates being installed and user is not Administrator that is accessing a shared calendar.

                    Hi Andreas. I tried a new outlook profile and complete new user profile. No success.
                    Do you know a “special” windows 10 only related update, that i can check?

                    Thanks!

                    Frank
