Profile Editing to alter Downloadbehavior not reacting

Hi,
I got one PC with the latest (stable) Version of Deskapp X64 where I cant alter the settings for the downloadbehavior. I can click on settings at the profile window, but then I can’t click on “Downloads” or “Language”. The window only reacts to the close button.

So, is there any .ini file on the PC where the deskapp is installed? If so I hope I can alter the settings in this ini-file.
