      Hello,

      we are using outlook 2016 as our mail client (some users because of needed macros, other users because of external software that only works with outlook) and sync with z-push.

      The problem is that the sync is not 100% reliable, sometimes mails deleted or moved in outlook are not deleted or moved at the mailserver. Particularly when working with shared mailboxes this is very annoying to say the least.

      What can I do to solve this?

      The store most affected is 175 Mb large and is used by three persons.
      Personal mailboxes are also affected.

      Our Kopano version is 8.4.5.0 and z-push version is 2.4.2

        Hi Joris,

        unfortunately there’s no out-of-the-box solution for this. In some cases Outlook over ActiveSync simply moves items only locally and doesn’t send the move request to Z-Push.
        Do the users perform the moves/deletion themselves or is it something the macros/external software do?
        Which KOE version are you using?
