restrictions in Outlook/activesync and z-push

Hi everybody,
I’m not sure about it, but there are restrictions for Outlook/activesync working with z-push?

Obviously OL doesn’t allow to create new contacts, calendars or tasks folders. OL shows a corresponding message. But what about the other way around, when I create an additional contacts folder, e.g. with webapp. Is it synchronized and shown in OL?

Are there other restrictions in using OL/activesync with z-push?
