WebApp 3.4.13 available

WebApp 3.4.13 pre-release has been rebranded as the 3.4.13 final.

In this release we removed the WebApp versions from the headers if you are unauthorized. In the near future the WebApp version will also be removed from the login screen.
We also created a new config option to enable the HTML filtering on delivery time by Kopano Core (Refer to KC-578).

Furthermore we’ve fixed the wrong date strings in the “Short Date functionality”. Abbreviations of the days of the week can now be translated in our translate system.
