      Hi kristall,

if the autodiscover logs are empty, then probably Outlook autodiscover requests don’t even reach the autodiscover service. Have you checked the webserver’s access logs if there are requests to /autodiscover/autodiscover.xml? Are you using a self-signed certificate? Does it work if you configure the account manually?

first read this link then review you setup.
        https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/exchange/2014/04/21/the-preferred-architecture/

since you use as host z-push.mydomain.com
you might want to read :
        https://www.howto-outlook.com/howto/autodiscoverconfiguration.htm
Which methode are you using, 1 2 of 3 from above site.

        Last, when reconfigured, test with:
        https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com

        Good luck. !

          In the apache log:
          192.168.150.16 - - [08/May/2018:19:43:13 +0300] “GET /autodiscover/autodiscover.xml HTTP/1.1” 404 227 “-” “Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:59.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/59.0”

Certificate from Comodo installed on the Zimbra server.

          Manual configuration works.

            Hi kristall,

apache returns code 404 (not found), so I’d say the autodiscover configuration in apache is not correct. Have you installed the autodiscover package? Otherwise you can check the INSTALL file in the autodiscover folder how to configure it.

Now, http://z-push.mydomain.com/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml looks like http://z-push.mydomain.com/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync and autodiscover logs are created, but empty.

                  Hi kristall,

does apache return code 200 now for autodiscover? When a client requests autodiscover, there’s at least an INFO level log entry in the autodiscover.log.

                      Hi kristall,

when you access http://z-push.mydomain.com/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml in the browser, is there a popup requiring authentication?

Apache return code 401 means Unauthorized. Did you enter the correct credentials?

                      Manfred

                        Yes, there is a popup.
                        Credentials are correct.
Outlook dont asks for credentials during autodiscover process.
http://z-push.mydomain.com/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml is not an xml, but a page similiar to http://z-push.mydomain.com/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync

                          Hi kristall,

@kristall said in Z-Push 2.4.1 autodiscovery not working:

                          @manfred

/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml is only the entry point for the autodiscover POST request. In a browser (GET request) Z-Push and autodiscover will display the general information if the credentials were correct.

Don’t you have to enter the email and the password when you’re setting up the account? I’m not familiar with Zimbra, so it might be that the login process there is different and that’s why it doesn’t work.

                          Manfred
