      Last month I migrate my Univention Zarafa to Kopano,
      Overall it works fine, some users have a zpush issue, but the server itself works as expected.
      But now after the server reboot, we don’t receive any new mail.

      I’m me not aware that we change any setting.
      But the mail.log show me the following:

      relay=none, delay=21486, delays=21486/0.04/0/0, dsn=4.4.1, status=deferred (connect to 127.0.0.1[127.0.0.1]:10024: Connection refused)

      Hopefully one of you can tell me how I can solve this issue!

        Hello @goudduif ,

        on that specific port ClamAV is listening afaik. Can you check if the service is running?

          @fbartels
          Thanks, for your quick response!!
          I just found this in /var/mail.err

          amavis[2929]: (!!)TROUBLE in pre_loop_hook: config: no rules were found! Do you need to run 'sa-update'?
          spamd[3408]: config: no rules were found! Do you need to run 'sa-update'?

          And when I run:
          service amavis start
          I receive only

          Starting amavisd: amavisd-new.

            @goudduif from that output I would suggest to run sa-update and then try to restart clamav again. If that does not help I would suggest contacting Univention. Maybe someone on their forum has had similar problems.

            Regards Felix
