      Hallo,

      vorweg erstmal Grüße an alle.
Soweit so gut.

        Hello @pooner,

the main language on the forum is English, so please post questions and answers in English.

To your actual question: is this the mail header from your outbox, or how it is received? I’m guessing it’s the latter.

To see why a message has been classified as spam, the actual received message (which usually also include the spam classification) would be helpful.

        Regards Felix

After switching from Zarafa to Kopano, i have already the first problems where i need help

Unfortunally all mails are going to the junk mail folder by the recipient. The recipient mail-header is the following.

            Hi @pooner ,

according to https://mxtoolbox.com/Public/Tools/EmailHeaders.aspx?huid=873b96b2-59c3-4a06-9a2a-d2617ad5ceab your mail relay is on a blacklist (which might explain mails coming from it landing in the junk folder).
