      Hi,
      Is it possible to edit the default mail domain for specific account in Kopano.
      I’ve no problem doing that if I setup the account as an IMAP, but when I use the exchange ActiveSync, the account sends emails only through the default mail domain.
      I tried to update the user information using DB plugin with no luck
      kopano-cli --user test --email test@example2.com

      where example2 is the additional mail domain

      any idea please?

        Hi @Husam ,

        generally speaking Kopano does not really care about domain names, all it needs to have is a valid email for users. Since you are mentioning ActiveSync I would rather guess its an issue with the client you are using, its probably not aware of the changed email and still tries to send with the old address.

        Removing the account from the device and readding it should solve it for you.
