      Hi *!

I run two Kopano mail servers, and I use Outlook 2017 to connect to both mailservers at the same time. I connect to the first Kopano with the last zarafa outlook plugin, and to the other using ActiveSync (AS). I do not have the Kopano Outlook extension installed.

My problem: I cant move files from the MAPI-connected Kopano to the AS-connected Kopano. When I drag a message from the MAPI to AS, I see the following error message:

Die Elemente können nicht verschoben werden. Die Ordner, die Sie verändern möchten, unterstützen diesen Vorgang nicht. Keine Beschreibung vorhanden.
      MAPI Fehlercode: 0x80040102.

Moving files from AS-Kopano to MAPI works flawlessly.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Thank you very much for your advice, cheers,

      Peter

No, this is unfortunately a limitation of ActiveSync.
