Deleting contacts fails with error message "bus has no data".

Dear forum,
we are running zarafa webapp 2.2.1.43 with zcp 7.2.1 and are experiencing a rather odd behaviour when some, but not all, users try to delete contacts from a contact-list that have been added with an earlier version of webaccess or were imported via script a third-party script, coming from thunderbird.
They see the following error that basicly means “requested Data from bus, which is not available”:
i tried searching the forums for similar problems but haven’t found anything that fits our problem.
Can someone help me with this?
