How to format the Disclaimer and why stands it ouside of the Email-HTML-Code?

I used https://documentation.kopano.io/kopanocore_administrator_manual/special_kc_configurations.html#disclaimer (6.8.5.1) to define a Disclaimer.There are two problems with the resulting Email.
The HTML-Version of the Disclaimer has a different Format to the Main-Email-Text while HTML-tags are used.
The Plain-Text-Version of the Disclaimer doesnt have any format. As if I it was written in one single line. “Enter” is ignored.In the Mail-Source-Text I can see that the Disclaimer Text is not part of the Email-Text and stands outside of the <html>…</html> -Tags. That should be the reason why it has a different format.
Does anyone know, how to solve this and how to format the Disclaimer the same like the Main-Email-Text ?Thank you!
