Updates regarding KOE 1.3 beta

there has been a minor update for KOE on its road to a final release.
- KOE-75 - fixes to the styling of the installer
- The restart of Outlook after applying changes for additional contact folders not tries to reuse the previously selected profile (if you have multiple profiles created and told Outlook to “choose profile at startup”.
– Hint: this won’t work if the profile name uses chars that can not be safely passed to Outlook via the command line. These chars are for example double quotes.

there was another minor update to the packages.
- Fix for signature templating: replace %title with “jobtitle” instead of “title”.
To fix this for already synchronised attachments you have to resynchronize your attachments, this can be achieved from the “Settings” setting from the Kopano ribbon.

- Restored DeviceId in debug dialog
- KOE-87 - Changed the event used to initialize the plugin

- KOE-88 Added VSTO runtime requirement to installer
